PASS CHRISTIAN, MS - Matthews Brothers Dredging, LLC ("Matthews Brothers" or the "Company"), a leading provider of maintenance dredging solutions throughout the Gulf Coast, is pleased to announce its planned strategic leadership expansion that positions the Company for continued long-term growth and operational excellence.

Effective July 1, Trey Taylor will elevate to the position of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Mr. Taylor is a long-tenured member of the Company's leadership team, having played an integral role in the Company’s tremendous growth since joining. His experience encompasses all aspects of sales, operations, safety, and executive leadership, positioning both he and the Company for a seamless transition into its next phase of innovation and growth.

Preceding Trey as CEO is Declan Rushe, an Operating Partner with the Company's sponsor, Carr's Hill Partners. Having joined the Company in 2023, Mr. Rushe will transition to a new role advising the Company's Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Matthews Brothers has expanded its market presence, deepened its "safety-first" culture, expanded its fleet, strengthened its operational performance, and driven other key initiatives that have positioned the Company for continued success. The Company extends its deepest gratitude to Declan for his significant contributions and looks forward to continuing to benefit from his guidance as a Board advisor.

Matthews Brothers' success is rooted in the foundation established by its Co-Founders, Tom and Shaw Matthews. For more than two decades, Tom and Shaw provided the vision and leadership that established Matthews Brothers as a respected force in the industry. Both remain tremendous supporters of the business as active members of the Board of Directors. Shaw Matthews, currently President of the Company, will transition to focus exclusively on his Board involvement. The Company expresses its heartfelt appreciation for Tom and Shaw's extraordinary leadership and continuing impact on the Company and the industry as a whole.
